For decades American mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, spouses and children, have sent off those warriors who have heeded the call to be a part of something larger than themselves. These patriots have volunteered to stand on the front line, and in harm’s way, in defense of our values and way of life.

In many instances, these warriors ultimately return from their deployments with an uncertain answer to the most prevalent question posed to them by family, friends and acquaintances; “Now that you’re out what are your plans”? Too many times (after thoughtful pause) the response is “I don’t know, I guess find a job and get back to my life”.

The YRSC is attempting to embark on another dedicated mission of support for our nation’s finest through the creation of partnerships with local, regional and national business communities. The Coming Home Program will be engaging with those business leaders who are prepared to step forward and welcome these heroes home with a solid offer of genuine meaningful employment. As of this date, the parameters of this program are still being defined and formalized however; we are genuinely impressed with the responses we have received from several major corporate partners.

The program is intended to reach out to members of the armed forces prior to the end of their deployment or enlistment separation and provide them with a dedicated job placement prior to their return to civilian life. The YRSC believes that the process of established meaningful employment prior to return offers the greatest opportunity for successful reintegration into civilian life and continues the positive momentum of their military based achievements. “I’ve got a job waiting for me” genuinely expresses the gratitude of a grateful nation while maintaining a true sense of purpose and support for those who have stood guard against aggression and have served with honor and distinction.

If you, or someone you know, has the capacity to support this mission of dignified employment please click on the program icon and send your message of support and encouragement “They’ve done the job for us now, let’s provide a job for them”.
